Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Saugus, MA is seeking a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to lead a growing clinic. You’ll blend hands-on patient care with people leadership, shaping culture and the team from the ground up.

This role features a 1:1 patient model, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a compensation range of $100,000 to $125,000 based on experience, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for MA licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Enjoy helping clinicians grow and build a strong clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients and provide exceptional care while taking on a leadership role.
• Guide the clinical side of the practice, mentor the team, and uphold high standards of care.
• Partner with ownership as the clinic grows and helps shape culture.
