Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead treatment programs and coordinate care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.

You’ll evaluate, plan, and administer evidence-based programs while building community relationships and guiding a dynamic clinical team. APTA/CAPTE‑trained graduates with state licensure and BLS are preferred; management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State Licensure is required for practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals, visits, and billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, clinicians, and team members.

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Your Responsibilities As a Clinic Manager

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $95,000–$120,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
