Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Florida is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations and oversee evidence-based treatment programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will drive quality patient care, manage clinic budgets via referrals and billing, and build community relationships.

Requirements: graduate from an APTA or CAPTE PT program, state licensure, and BLS; management experience preferred.

• Must graduate from an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State licensure required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Your Responsibilities as a Clinic Manager

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!
