PT Solutions in Tampa, FL is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead rehabilitation programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs to help patients recover and improve function.

This is a denovo clinic opening in January 2027 with strong community ties. The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure and BLS certification.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you’ll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

*This is denovo clinic with an anticipated open date of January 2027!*

Your Responsibilities as a Clinic Manager

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000available in select locations!
