Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager in Freehold, New Jersey to lead and coordinate patient care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment planning, patient outcomes, and team collaboration.

You will drive clinic performance, manage budgets, and foster community relationships while upholding high standards of licensure and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals, visits, and billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, clinicians, and team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Your Responsibilities As a Clinic Manager

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $97,000 – $120,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
