Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is actively seeking an experienced *Physical Therapist* for a rewarding *Clinic Director* opportunity at our established and thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Santa Rosa, CA. As Clinic Director, you'll oversee all clinic operations, mentor a talented team, and deliver the exceptional patient care Spine & Sport is known for. You will be instrumental in nurturing the clinic’s growth and reputation, setting a high standard for clinical excellence, collaboration, and service in the heart of Sonoma County.
*Your Role & Responsibilities:*
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist with proven leadership experience who is passionate about managing a successful practice. Your role will include:
* Directing daily operations, staff management, and patient scheduling.
* Managing your own patient caseload with personalized, evidence-based care.
* Leading, training, and mentoring your clinical and administrative team.
* Guiding community outreach and marketing efforts to foster clinic growth.
* Overseeing regulatory compliance and monitoring clinic performance metrics.
* Collaborating with PRN’s extensive support team for billing, marketing, and operations.
* Fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and teamwork.
* Monitoring patient satisfaction and ensuring the highest standards of care.

*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program approved by the APTA.
* Current California State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
* Minimum of *2-3 years of experience* as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting.
* *1-2 years of leadership or management experience* (e.g., Clinic Director, Assistant Director, or Lead PT) is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a clinical team.
