The Opportunity:
As Clinic Director & Partner, you’ll lead clinic operations, deliver outstanding patient care, and build a strong team. You’ll be instrumental in growing the clinic—both clinically and as a business—while setting a tone of excellence, collaboration, and service.

Your Role:

Direct daily operations, staff, and scheduling

Manage your own patient caseload with personalized, evidence-based care

Drive clinic growth through community outreach and marketing

Recruit, train, and mentor your team

Oversee compliance and clinic performance metrics

Collaborate with PRN’s extensive support team (billing, marketing, operations)

What You Bring:

PT degree from an accredited program (APTA)

2+ years of PT experience

Bonus: Prior leadership or outpatient ortho experience

Highly valued: Entrepreneurial mindset & interest in ownership
