Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This is a leadership role that combines direct patient care with operational responsibilities to ensure clinical excellence and effective clinic management.
Responsibilities:
Perform physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based care that maximizes patient outcomes
Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff
Manage clinic operations including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance
Maintain high standards of documentation and regulatory adherence
Cultivate relationships with referral sources and the local community
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
Prior leadership or management experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Advanced certifications or specialties preferred but not required
