Job summary

W3Global is seeking a dedicated licensed Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic practice in Texas. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care to help them return to activities they love.

You’ll monitor progress, educate on injury prevention, document outcomes, and contribute to a supportive clinic culture. Leadership opportunities and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT).
• Current Texas PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Ideally 2-5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000-$105,000, based on experience.
• Bonus potential up to $7,000 per quarter, based on the bonus structure.
• Typically $5,000 sign-on bonus.
