Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy Institute LLC, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for the Outpatient Orthopaedics program. Lead a team of PTs and clinical staff, deliver evidence-based care, and elevate patient outcomes in a high-performing clinic.

This role offers a strong compensation package ($82,000-$98,000 per year) with monthly bonus opportunities, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, loan repayment assistance, and leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
