Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist – Outpatient Ortho to lead a skilled team of therapists and clinical staff. You will oversee patient care, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and drive clinic performance with a patient-centered approach.

As a licensed PT with leadership experience, you’ll mentor clinicians, collaborate with local referral sources, and guide operations while leveraging Upstream Rehabilitation’s resources and development

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required.

• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
