Results Physiotherapy—Bowling Green, KY—seeks a Clinic Director to lead an outpatient orthopedics team. This role combines clinical care with leadership, mentoring clinicians, and driving clinic growth within Upstream Rehabilitation’s network.

You will oversee operations, nurture referrals, and develop staff through formal programs while maintaining excellent patient outcomes in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active / pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
