Job summary

Results Physiotherapy in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead an outpatient orthopedic team and elevate patient outcomes. This leadership role blends clinical work with team development, mentoring clinicians, and driving clinic growth.

You will oversee operations, foster a patient-centered culture, and participate in leadership programs. A DPT or equivalent and KY PT licensure are required or eligible, with a strong focus on developing others.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active / pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Passion for developing others required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
