Vida Integrated Health in Renton is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our integrated team. This full-time role supports comprehensive care across our Seattle-area clinics. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates may be preferred but are not required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with active Washington state license.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Document patient progress and maintain comprehensive records for continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and contribute to a supportive work environment.
• Stay updated with latest research and advancements in physical therapy.
