Job summary

Vida Integrated Health in Seattle's East Captiol Hill neighborhood is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our integrated team. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with other professionals to deliver high-quality care in a vibrant clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Successful completion of the NPTE.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and mobility.
• Evaluate and interpret findings from tests and assessments.
• Keep records of medical history and follow regulations and protocols.

• Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols
• Create therapy plans that fit the needs of each patient
• Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals
