Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to advance into a Center Manager role within our National Leadership Development Program. You will lead clinic operations, develop the team, and collaborate with physicians and employers to optimize patient outcomes.

We offer 1:1 management training, a generous starting salary, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and a $350/month student debt benefit.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
• Partner with physicians, employers and case managers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Collaborate with philanthropic programs and events to support the community.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities.
