Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with an incentive plan that includes a student debt program and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Facilitates team dynamics and staff development to support patient care.
• Center Manager coordinates organization and community engagement to grow the business.
• Manages staff and finances at the outpatient center; monitors key performance indicators.
• Keeps Regional Director informed with clinical and operational updates.
