Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Manager in Totowa, NJ. This full-time leadership role combines clinical oversight with day-to-day center management, ensuring high-quality patient care while guiding staff and operations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Center Manager engages with the community to grow the business.
• Manages staff and financials of the outpatient center; tracks key indicators.
• Communicates with Regional Director on clinical and operational updates.
