About the Position:

• Job Title: Physical Therapist
• Location: Annadale Care Center
• Position type: Casual/PRN
• Hours/Schedule: PRN employees have a flexible on-call schedule. This is a non-benefited position with paid travel time and mileage!
• Settings: This position will primarily work in our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Requirements
