Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Care Team Coordinator - Home Care Therapy to lead and coordinate the client care team across disciplines in our home care services.

You will partner with the Operations Manager to develop and monitor patient care services based on customer needs, oversee day-to-day operations, support staff development, and drive program growth, with a 40-hour work week and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in allied health required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years recent clinical experience in allied health/home care.
• 2+ years management/leadership experience preferred.
• Licensed in Commonwealth of PA in clinical profession; PA Physical Therapist License.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of physical therapy clinical experience in a home care position
• Minimum on 2 years of management/leadership experience preferred.

Education

• Management/Supervisory experience preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

• Licensed in Commonwealth of PA in clinical profession required, PA Physical Therapist License
