Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluations and establish customized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver high-quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through engagement and progressive treatment.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients and team.
• Manage a specific caseload from admission through discharge.
