Trailhead Physical Therapy in North Phoenix (Deer Valley) is hiring a Doctor of Physical Therapy to deliver hands-on, evidence-based orthopedic care with autonomy and mentorship.

You'll evaluate patients, design individualized plans, perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, educate families, and collaborate with other clinicians, while benefiting from generous CE funds, sign-on and loan repayment options, and a supportive leadership path.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Arizona PT license or eligibility.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach.
• Interest in leadership growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build individualized, evidence-based plans.
• Hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention.
• Document progress per HIPAA and state/federal rules using AI tools.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
