Job summary

You will supervise PTAs and rehab techs, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a patient-centered, quality-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services, including screening, evaluation, and treatment as referred by an approved referral source.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice.
• Establish and maintain effective patient-centered interactions with patients, interdisciplinary team members, and facility staff.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab techs in accordance with state practice acts and OBRA requirements.
• Participate in care conferences, case management, and interdisciplinary activities.
• Develop and enhance physical therapy programs and services to support quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental safety, infection control, and privacy policies.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed of developments in the profession and healthcare.
