Department: Therapy
Reports to: Rehab Director, EDO
Evaluate patients, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs in collaboration with physicians, administer various therapeutic treatments, and educate patients and caregivers to improve activities of daily living. Supervise and direct efforts of the Physical Therapy Assistant, if assigned.

Education & Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state license/registration as a Physical Therapist.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, adhering to policies and legal requirements.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, performing transfers, repositioning patients, and repetitive upper extremity movements. May encounter unsanitary conditions and high-crime areas.
