Aging in Place Specialists is an in‑home Med B (Outpatient) PT and OT private practice in Lewes, Delaware. We started back in 2014 as a consulting agency to help seniors age in place and grew to include PT/ OT, Wellness Programs, Nutrition Coaching, Whole Food Nutrition Products, and Home Modification Services. We mainly see geriatrics that have issues with walking, balance, orthopedic issues, and neurological issues.

We are looking for clinically excellent and compassionate individuals to join us, as we are growing fast to keep up with the needs of our older adult community.

This position is pay per visit that offers 15 to 30+ visits a week.
