Paradigm Home Health Companies is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients in the Farmers Branch/Dallas area on a PRN basis. The role requires coordinating with a licensed physical therapist to execute care plans at home, educating families on safety and equipment use, and using technology to track progress.

Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy, current BLS/CPR certification, and Texas driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Certification in BSL/CPR
• Home Health Experience
• Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance
• Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus
