Job Description

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our team. As an occupational therapy assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized care plans developed by Occupational Therapists.

• Ensure each patient receives quality treatment leading to excellent functional outcomes.
• Assist in developing and implementing occupational therapy treatment programs tailored to each patient's needs, with the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Support patients through all phases of occupational therapy treatments and techniques.
• Discuss treatments with patients and document patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with Occupational Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
