Good Samaritan is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Algona, IA, to support therapy services under PT supervision. You will assist patients with activities, document progress, and help implement treatment plans across post-acute and long-term care settings.

This full-time, day-shift position offers a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff. New grads welcome; location includes Algona and Forest City sites as needed.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved APTA PTA program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Iowa.
• BLS certification obtained or to be completed within 6 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients/residents with therapy activities under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Document patient responses and progress to inform treatment.
• Assist in selecting and adjusting therapeutic activities per plan and state guidelines.
• Support care across post-acute, long-term care, and outpatient settings as needed.
