Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA

Salary Range: Dependent upon experience, schedule, location, and employee classification, from $35.00 to $42.00 per hour.

PTA Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides quality care to all residents. The PTA treats patients/residents, communicates with their families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records. Responsibilities include treatment planning and implementation, discharge planning, testing patients’ physical abilities, analyzing rehabilitation goals, and consulting with the rehab team to coordinate the most effective treatment program.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of California.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate and one of the industry’s best benefits packages, including:

• Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days to start, accruing up to 120 hours annually, with an additional 8 hours per year of service up to a maximum of 240 hours.
