Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA

Salary Range: Dependent upon experience, schedule, location, and employee classification from $35.00 to $42.00 per hour.

PTA Job Summary: The Physical Therapist Assistant provides quality care to residents, treating patients, communicating with families, physicians, and team members, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities include treatment planning and implementation, discharge planning, testing physical abilities, analyzing rehabilitation goals, and coordinating with the rehab team for effective treatment programs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California.

Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits, including:

• Paid Time Off (PTO) – Starting at 15 days, accruing up to 120 hours annually, with an additional 8 hours per year of service up to 240 hours.
