Per diem schedule typically includes 6 visits/week with non-traditional options, and areas include Vacaville to Napa. Entry level considered with a one-year clinical PTA background preferred.

• * Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday

Area 6: This territory includes, but is not limited to, the cities of Vacaville, Fairfield, Suisun City, Rio Vista, Dixon

AND/OR

Area #7: covering Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville

Requirements:

• One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired
• Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required
• Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required
• Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Advanced computer system knowledge
