Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Clearlake, CA. Welcoming new grads and experienced PTAs, this assignment offers hands-on patient care with licensed therapists and the chance to explore a new community.

You will assist in implementing treatment plans, help patients improve mobility, monitor progress, and maintain EMR records while earning competitive hourly pay and travel stipends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through guided therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Support and educate patients and caregivers on home programs and recovery techniques.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.
