Job summary

FullShift Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Massachusetts. Open to new grads or experienced PTAs, with a 13-week contract (extendable) or permanent placement.

Days shifts with housing and travel stipends for travelers. You’ll assist PTs, implement individualized treatment plans, focus on mobility and independence, collaborate on outcomes, educate patients and families, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in MA (or ability to obtain)
• BLS/CPR certification
• TB test/results current
• Fitness-for-duty within past year

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate physical therapy assistant
• Comfortable working in the SNF setting

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Active PTA license/certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) - New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)
