Job summary

Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a part-time, day-shift role. The PTA will help residents improve strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life through hands-on, individualized care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current North Carolina PTA license.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

In this part-time role, you’ll help residents improve strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life through personalized, hands‑on care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands‑on therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
