PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Golden is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient team. The PTA will deliver direct patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist and help develop individualized treatment programs for our diverse patient population.

Ideal candidates will have PTA licensure in Colorado and a current BLS certification, with a preference for at least one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and implement individualized treatment programs under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Contribute to the development of clinical services and adapt care as needed across multiple PAM Health facilities.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), under the direction of the Physical Therapist, will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System. The Physical Therapist Assistant will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Physical Therapist Assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
