Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Youngstown, OH. In this role you will support patients in mobility and independence, following treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

As a PTA, you will guide patients through therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and document changes while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
