Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient mobility and functional recovery in Alliance, OH. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and excellence in rehabilitation services.

About the Role

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will:

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
