Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient mobility and recovery in our home health and long-term care settings in Youngstown, OH.

You will implement plans, guide exercises, monitor progress, and collaborate with supervising PT. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team in multiple sites including Hampton Woods and Austinwoods.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
