Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team in Bryan, Ohio on a PRN basis.

In this role you will support residents' mobility and function under a licensed PT, document progress, and collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio PTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• SNF/geriatric experience is a plus.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities
