Job Summary

Our dynamic nursing facility offers a range of specialties, including Ventilator Care, Dementia with Behavioral Disturbances, Long-Term Care Dementia programming, and short-term skilled rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work directly under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting Physical Therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Implementing physical therapy treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
