The Jewish Hospital, Kenwood Physical Therapy is seeking a talented compassionate physical therapist assistant committed to excellence. Mercy Orthopedic and Rehabilitation is the leader in evidenced based orthopedic and sports medicine care. All clinicians work closely with the talented orthopedic physicians here at Mercy Health. The treatment model is impairment based and focused on hands-on evidence-based care that is delivered on a one to one basis. Therapists are trained in the latest advanced skills, evidence-based return to play and advanced sports medicine training. The population of focus for this position is with the Noyes Knee Institute and their arthrofibrosis program.

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Assistant provides skilled therapeutic interventions to patients using their educational skills and knowledge. Documents patient treatment and progress toward goals in the patient electronic health record. Implements established treatment programs and provides patient and family education. This may involve outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics and off-site locations. Services the patients as a part of the entire continuum of professional care.
