Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient facility on a contract assignment in Elizabeth City, NC. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with duties performing skilled PT services under supervision.

The role requires an accredited associate degree, NC PTA licensure (or in progress), and CPR certification. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and modify treatment plans and help patients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited program.
• Current or in-progress PTA licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under physician orders and supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

A great Outpatient facility is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract assignment. Shift: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5PM This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
