Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide services in a public school district setting in Revere, MA. The position is a 7-hour school day contract for 11 weeks, with local or travel W2 arrangements.

You will work under a licensed PT, support students’ motor skills, document progress, and collaborate with educators and families to meet IEP goals. Prior school-based PTA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State license or PTA certification as required.
• School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in implementing prescribed interventions to improve motor skills and mobility.
• Support student participation in school activities through therapy techniques.
• Document student progress and responses to therapy accurately.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and therapists for consistent support.
• Modify activities based on student needs and goals.
• Assist with equipment setup and maintenance for sessions.
• Monitor and report student health concerns to supervising PT.
• Participate in IEP meetings and share therapy insights.
