BAYADA Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our Atlantic County Visits office. This office provides services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis across various territories in Atlantic County.

Responsibilities

1. Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
2. Make home visits within designated territories.
3. Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
4. Monitor client conditions and report changes.
5. Follow doctors' orders and document care accurately.
6. Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.
7. Document observations and interventions using electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience.
• Preferably prior home care experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, with EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
