You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help patients stay active and independent. Required CA PTA license, fingerprint clearance, CPR/ACLS, immunizations, and driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
• Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
• Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.
