Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

BAYADA Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our team in the Cape May Courthouse, NJ office. This office provides services to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis across territories throughout Cape May County.

Position Details:

• Full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedules available.
• One year of prior clinical experience as a licensed PTA required.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
2. Make home visits within designated geographic areas.
3. Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
4. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes.
5. Follow and document doctors' orders accurately.
6. Conduct client assessments as needed.
7. Manage cases and coordinate care.
8. Maintain detailed documentation using electronic medical records on a tablet.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency, with EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to designated cases.
