BAYADA Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at the Atlantic County Visits office. This office provides services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis across territories throughout Atlantic County.

Requirements include at least one year of prior clinical experience as a licensed PTA.

Responsibilities:

• Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Make home visits within designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor and report client conditions to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow doctors' orders accurately and document care using electronic devices.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency, with EMR experience preferred.
