Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-time/PRN

Qualifications
  • Successful graduation from an accredited two-year program for physical therapist assistants.
  • License or eligibility for licensure as a PTA in the state of Florida.
  • Preferred: prior experience in physical therapy and membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent administrative and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy principles, safety precautions, and patient care.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with patients, staff, and medical professionals.
  • Emotional stability and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement is a plus.
