Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join AVIR AT Rosenberg's in-house therapy team. You will work with a skilled interdisciplinary group to deliver patient-centered care focusing on mobility, gait, balance, and functional independence.

Experience with orthopedic and neurological conditions is welcome; Texas license is required. The facility offers flexible schedules, competitive pay, and growth opportunities within a small, supportive network of therapy teams

Qualifications

• Texas PTA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

AVIR AT Rosenberg, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. This is a comfortable and homey facility with a great interdisciplinary team in place.
