Vital Therapy and AVIR at Willowcreek seek a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We treat orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities to create and implement balance, gait, mobility, and functional maintenance programs in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

AVIR at Willowcreek a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team! We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunity to create and implement programs in balance, gait, mobility, functional maintenance, sensory integration, and many more.
